SOURCE: engine dyes

I would suspect a fuel pump. But this needs to be verified. Intermittent problems can be some of the hardest to get a handle on. I think the best place to start would be getting a fuel pressure gauge on the system and driving the car until it fails. At the point when the engine begins to die check the gauge. I suspect the pressure at this time will be 0 psi. I believe fuel presssure should be around 35psi. If you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, take to a reputable shop. Should be an easy one to find. Good Luck.

SOURCE: engine wants to stall

You need to Clean the throttle body bore and the throttle valve plate using a clean shop towel and some carb cleaner. The DTC P0128 is Engine Coolant below the minimum thermostat regulating temperature. You need to replace the thermostat, it comes as an outlet housing assembly. You will have to remove the alternator to gain access to this housing.

SOURCE: 2004 trailblazer, 2 wheel drive.

A couple of things come to mind. Double check the wiring at the fan clutch, check the whole harness, there is a known problem wth chaffing there. Is it a Dorman brand fan clutch? These have been known to be bad out of the box. The other thing that could be wrong is the actual speed sensor on the new fan clutch. Hope some of this helps.

Hi:
You need to have your Toyota scanned to see what code is causing the light. There are hundreds of codes that trip the light, some so simple as a bad or loose gas cap. Most auto parts stores will scan your car for free, such as Auto Zone. That way you can pinpoint the source of what is tripping the light and go forward from there. It is most likely not related to the work you have done, unless you have a connector that you have knocked loose or similar?
