I would check the front struts. They could be worn out (you didn't give mileage), or simply loose. I would recommend you either check them or have them checked as it could be minor or it could cause damage beyond the problem. One way to have them checked is to take it to someone that does front end alignments. No reputable shop would align a car with defective parts as the alignment wouldn't last. Sorry I couldn't help more, but a test drive would be required.

How do you change the ac clutch in a 2004 pontiac vibe?

I can say for my '04 corolla it is located under the hood in a fuse box. The relay is labeled "M/G CLT". Just pull it out with a slight wiggle and plug in the new one. you can pick one up cheap at $11. There are similar relays in the same fuse box, you can swap one to see if the AC will start working, this will confirm a bad relay.

My car heater works fine sometimes and other times no heat comes out until I hit a bump in the road and it works.

this problem is most commonly caused by either a sticky air temp control blend door or a defective blend door electric actuator, this door controls the air temp at the heater/AC oulets.

Check the fan motor, it is probably going out. Next time it should be running but is not, tap on the fan motor lightly and it may start. If it does, then replace the motor.
