Question about 1997 Oldsmobile Bravada
Replaced turn signal fuses, replaced relay. hazards still work. sometimes the left/right turn signal wont even come on. other times it will flash fast then shut off, and now today when you turn on either turn signal they are just stuck in on the position, tried moving the turn signal switch around to see if something was lose, did not get any result from that either. what could this be?
Please check the bulbs. These issues can happen if your bulb is burned out. Crazy if you have a bad bulb on both sides but still need to rule them out.

I sounds like you did a good job of isolating the source of the buzzing. I, too, was unable to locate that part number on the web. Changing the "convenience center" of course would be your best bet, but if you are unable to locate a replacement, you might want to try cleaning the plug that connects to the convenience center. It could be that it has oxidized pins that are creating an incomplete connection causing the flasher to buzz.
Best of luck to you.

SOURCE: turn signal not flashing
Most likely cause is the flasher relay located under the drivers dash in the fuse panel. This relay is round and may be metal. Replace it with an electronic flasher relay. Pay the ten bucks and have trouble free service for a lifetime.....

The blinker sockets on most olds cars are bad. Pull out blinker bulb from your car and check if the plastic is melted; if it is you must replace the socket along with the bulb. Chances are it will melt again someday but not soon I think.- COACH....
