all electrical power must come from an alternator an a good batterie to store it please ck your alternator or have it ck by an parts store clerk if the altrenator is bad (must develop 13 0r 14.5 volts output. anyting above that ,the alt is bad!) change it then ck your batterie an batterie connections terminals and all the 80 amp fuses on the fuses box nicolas

SOURCE: dash cluster lights on
Most likely its thr rear toner ring part only costs about 40 dollars if you can do it yourself or pep boys will do it for 120 Just get under back of truck and look at end of axle there is something that looks like a gear wheel for a bycycle if its missing or you can move it with your hand that is the problem 99% sure thats what it is dont let the dealer rook you they wanted to charge me 690 for new axle and it wasnt necessary

I'm assuming its an original alarm or system that came from factory or dealer. When the light blinks is because the alarm is activated. Look underneath the radio the alarm brain might be there. There will be a label on it saying alarm or security system etc. Disconnect the harness to it and try operating your vehicle.

I'd just bypass solenoid to see if starter kicks in. Positive from battery to big lead going to starter. You may want to check lead at starter to see if there's any buildup of corrosion.

If burnt wire is present then there is most likely more undescoverd burns. Make sure your fuse is ok and trace the burnt wire there may be some still needing to be changed out.
