No year stated, wow, now that make it hard,........................
read the operators guide yet? in the glove box.??????
it will say, the tranny is not happy, (failure)
and says, take it to the honda dealer shop.
so.... do that.
or read the FSM. buy that and read it , in the A/T diagnostic chapter.
it's all in the book, and complex, read it and decide what is best for you and car.

Gear light in Drive started to blink while was driving

This light is warning you that a fault has been detected in the electronically controlled transmission by the Transmission control module. You must get the system scanned for the fault code that was set in the modules memory when the light was turned on.

2001 mercury villager, service engine lignt now on, and it struggles going up hills, wont shift into over drive. you press on the gas and nothing happens. we have had it checked out, and they do not...

need to know the engine DTC code causing the light first. But, it sounds like a distributor is needed. The cam sensor is in there and it controls spark and fuel.

Car will not accelerate

if it does not go forward or reverse, and it does not feel like it's engaging any other gears, then your transmission needs attention.

92 honda accord lx D4 flashes

you have a transmission fault the D4 light blinks to tell you that there is a transmission problem when the light is blinking the transmission computer put the transmission into limp home mode so it will not shift normally and you should try not to drive it very far when it gets to this stage you need to have the transmission codes check to pin point the problem
