Question about Opel Zafira
I have an opel zafira but is not starting is like the diesel pump is not sucking diesel.the glow plug are working.
Check there is no air in the fuel line. there is a bleed valve on the injector line. has a plastic cap on it. push it in till the air is out. and only fuel comes out. you will need to prime it a few times so air out the turn on ignition and repeat doing this till just fuel comes out then mop up the fuel that is on the engine dont start engine till its off..

this is an oil pressure problem, either a sensor is not sensing enough oil pressure, or the high pressure pump is not building enough pressure(possibly leaking or head is leaking). this engine requires 450 psi minimum oil pressure at the injectors to actuate the injectors.

The garage you've taken it to must be incompetent if they knew of your fault and failed to locate it.
Modern engines are effectively computer controlled robots, so the fault you describe may have a number of causes. But from experience the most likely cause is either a loose wiring connector, a chafed or fractured wire or a failing ignition coil pack. Of those, the coil pack is most suspect, especially if the fault tends to appear only once the engine has warmed up. If you find that the car starting is difficult on a hot engine but fine when the engine is stone cold then it further suggests a failed coil pack.
Testing the coil pack properly means it must be tested under full load and that needs special equipment. In practice, the easiest test is to substitute a suspect coil pack with a known good one.
Please note that I stress the phrase "most likely". My suggestion cannot be a guaranteed solution as I have no access to your vehicle and cannot perform any diagnostic tests.
