Belt keeps slipping off even after fixed pulley

check belt alignment something is not lined up and make sure the belt is properly installed on all pulleys. something else is if a bearing is worn in one of the pulleys it can throw off the alignment.

Makes squealing noise

The squeal would be the alternator slipping on the belt. I would think either the newly installed belt is not the correct length, or the belt tensioner is no longer doing its job properly.

My belt is squeling when i start my car and when I turn my steering wheel

It's probably time to replace the belt. As the belt gets older, it stretches and a "glaze" forms on the belt. These two things together contribute to the belt slipping. The squeal you hear is the belt actually slipping on the pulleys.

Timing belt on 1997 Dodge Caravan keeps slipping off after new installation

I had a 1998 dodge caravan that kept doing the same thing, it would actually break the belt when it come off. I fixed this by buying a slimmer belt, you know, one that is not so wide. I put a slimmer belt on mine and I never had another problem. Maybe this will help.

How do you tighten serpentine belt

Typically serpentine belts are tightened automatically by a tensioner, if the belt is slipping, or squealing, try installing a new belt, careful of the routing tho, be sure to install it correctly, or more problems may occur.

Serpintine belt keeps slipping off of middle wheel

If the belt keeps slipping off the you need to replace the tensioner(its the pulley you have to move to get the belt on and off,and that part should be inexpensive to replace from any parts store.
