New radiator losing water, but can't find a leak.

Rent or borrow a coolant pressure tool. Hooks up to the radiator, pumps a little air in the system, should find the leak that way. Look underneath the overflow tank. Tend to find cracks there.

This does sound like a difficult situation.

hm. Have you checked your air filter as well? I'm just trying to think of things that could cause this!
Air filter, check fuel lines for twist and such, Check oil level? I guess if you don't think it's anything to do with the fuel, then check the oil levels. Do you notice it get hot when it shuts off'? or you lose oil pressure when it does so? or do your gauges just all stay the same?

The oil level grows a tiny bit(qt or so) every 100 miles and I am losing water but can't find a leak. Is this a blown head gasket?

It could be the head gaskets but it most likely is the intake manifold gasket that is leaking.

I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer that has oil, but no pressure

There's something you can do to check if the oil pump is still working screw off the oil filter and start it only for a few seconds if oil shoots out the pump is working if it doesn't the pump could be clogged or it lose prime if it's working check the wire going to the oil pressure switch may be broken.
