More then likely, you need to contact the car lot. Try getting a hold of a Mitsubishi Dealership in the Miami area. Try doing a Google search and see what pops up.

the next thing to check is the fuel system.
is there fuel in the system, the tank, fuel lines. is there fuel pressure at the injectors? check the fuel pump electrical system, the fuse, fuel pump relay, fuel cut off circuit. some factory security system have a fuel inhibitor, that disable the fuel pump circuit!
