I a 2000 Lesabre and the tach speedometer and turn signals stopped working looking online people with the same problem say check fuse 12 under the seat Ignition 1 but there is no power at that fuse.

Looking at electrical distribution diagrams would show where that fuse gets B+ voltage from. Go here to view electrical distribution for your vehicle . https://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicla info. year , make , mode an engine size. Under system click on electrical distribution .Then under subsystem click power distribution . Find your fuse an look up stream .

If they all died at the same time, then yes, it is a ground problem. I need year make and model first. All these have different fuses. But a common ground.

Power seat on 96 Cadillac deville wont work after replacing stereo. Any Ideas?

it is not a fuse, it is a circuit breaker in the fuse box, which i believe is under the hood on that car, i would check for bare or shorted wires behind the stereo before doing anything with the power seat.

I'm having electrical problems with a 1996 Ford Mustang convertible. The turn signals and gauge lights flash when I press the door unlock button but the doors will not lock or unlock. I've tested both...

Sounds like someone may have crosswired something.
I know a guy who installed his own stereo system in his pickup and it worked, but only when the headlights were on. He had wired the power wire into his headlight wiring.
I would look for a similar problem.

Locate the fuse box under the dash panel. Pull the fuses one at a time and inspect. They are very hard to judge if the fuse(s) are blown unless you pull them out to inspect.

Power front seats

Before you start beating up thing's , test the electrical circuits. Do you know anything about automotive electrical systems ? How to use a volt meter an a wiring diagram to test for B+ power to the switch an testing the ground .
Does your envoy have memory seats ? Your vehicle has four or more electric motors to control back an foward , up an down etc.. the odds of more then one motor being bad at one time are highly unlikely .
Look under the seat any trash under there keeping it from moving ?
If you have memory seats there is a control module involved in making the seats work . If it has memory seats it could have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .
DTC B1735, B1740, B1745, B1750, B1755, B1760, B1815, or B1820
The seat adjuster switches are inputs to the driver and passenger seat modules. The seat modules supply the adjuster switch assemblies with a battery positive switch supply circuit and monitor the switch signal circuits. In an inactive state the switch signal circuits are floating and when a switch is pressed the signal circuit is closed to the switch power circuit within the adjuster switch assembly. When battery voltage is present on the switch signal circuit the seat module determines the switch status to be active.
