Have a pressure test done on the fuel manifold to check for pump, filter and regulator. I would say that the fuel pump will need replacing. It is vital that the plastic gears in the pump always are in fuel to be lubricated and kept cool be cause if they run dry then the gears melt and will not pump fuel;.

I have 2005 I changed the starter and battery good but it still won't start

First does it crank, if it does then check to see if the fuel injectors are getting fuel.....could be a fuel pump...

second....if there is nothing when you turn the key and the battery is good and the starter was replaced...it could be a bad ground.....thats the ground coming off your battery and goes to your chassis of the car.........let me know how you make out.

My dodge stratus wont start it will turn over but wont start

Listen for the fuel pump when you first turn on the key to the run position. If you hear it then spray a small amount of starting fluid in air intake while someone tries to start it if the engine fires then most likely a Crank Position Sensor. The CPS controls your injectors.
