Blower will not work , put a new one idn still nothing ? is the the relay / harness ?

Check your blower resistor it should have three to five wires to it and located close to the blower motor

Your talking about the interior blower? If the first 3 settings don't work, you have to replace the blower resistor. The relay is a different story. Though the relay could be built in the resistor. I'm thinking this is not your case. The resistor controls the speeds of the blower, until it gets to high. Then the relay kicks in to give the blower full power. I would say replace the resistor. I good thing to remember is, If you get any speed from the blower, the resistor is bad. If you get nothing,check the fuse, replace it, if it blows again, replace the blower. If the fuse doesn't blow, then start looking at the controller and wires. This advice goes for all makes and models.

My 1985 Suzuki gn250 has new battery and and wiring but no power to anything lights and nothing else comes on when the key is turned it doesn't show im in neutral and doesn't make any noise when key is on...

Yes . There is starter relay , ignition switch , fuses. Why did you replace the 1 fuse ? Was it blown ? What circuit was that fuse on ? When you installed the new battery did you ensure it was charged ? ( batteries at the store sit for very long periods and they sell em dead). When you put the new battery in did you accidentally touch the cable to anything making it spark/short ? Did you put - and + on correctly the first time ? Even for a split second on the wrong battery post will pop fuses. Check to see if you also have any circuit breakers along with fuses, relays. Some have them. They look like a relay with a little red button. If you do push the red button back down. Suzuki, Yamaha , Kawasaki all have a real good electrical system and have good fail safe systems. You also say it has new wiring . Does that mean you or someone else replaced all of the wiring harness ? If so then why ? If replaced the harness I'd start checking the grounds. A wiring harness has many grounds all through out the harness . 1 un connected ground and most likely nothing will work.

My heater blower will not work on my 2002 Grand Am. I have checked the two fuses on each side panel and put a meter and even a new blower motor and no reading or power to the new motor.

Power for the blower starts at the fuse, goes thru the HVAC control panel, then the resistor block, then thru the high speed blower relay, then to the motor.
You should have voltage at the resistor and at the relay.

The blower motor is under the dash on the passenger side. You'll need to remove the plastic hush cover to get to it. These trucks are prone to this.
The blower motor fails because the resistor/ relay / wiring harness assembly overheats and can melt. Some of these have even caught fire. You're going to want to replace the blower motor resistor/relay and wiring harness assembly assembly too.
Check out all the wiring that goes into the resistor for heat damage. This assembly sits right next to the blower motor right above where the passengers feet would be. The resistor/relay is about the size of a pack of cigarettes and you'll see it right away. Make sure to disconnect the battery before working on any of this so you don't cause any more trouble while splicing in the new harness. I just did this on my 2006 Chevy truck and my blower motor was ok. I just had to replace the resistor/relay and splice in a new wiring harness. It cost $180.00 just for that stuff.

Dual climate problem for 2005 cherokee limited

a common problem ( mine did it too ) is the blower control relay, under the glove box and behind. it requires taking out the glove box, buying a relay and installing it. unfortunately, the relay often cooks the incoming wire harness, requiring cutting those wires and putting cut wires into new harness. check with for details.

You need to have a look at your AC switch , dim and bright toggle switch and also the relay system on your fuse box and check for relays that might be heating up and the possibility of water ingress onto the fuse box which have been a vw problem for many years and if you dont find any problem there then start looking for electrical harnesses that may be chafed or broken and shorting out inside the harness but the fact that you can trigger it off points to a relay.
