The tire light flashes then stays on 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan What could that mean?

Diane, it is sensing low air pressure in one of the tires, or faulty sensor. check air pressure in tire and fill to specification.

The wipers are controlled through the BCM (body control module) you must have that scanned to see what is going on with the system. You will need the dealer on this diagnosis.

Do they light up at all? If they do, it would be a flasher problem. If not, you may need to look into the multifunction switch, or the body control module.
