This is a problem with the onboard management computer. It probably wasn't reset by the mechanic when the new turbo was fitted. You'll need to take it to someone with the correct diagnostic equipment to get this fault erased. Avoid Renault dealerships. They'll charge anything from £80 to £400 to clear an error. Best find someone independent.

had exactly the same problem with mine, its in my mates garage as we speak. he had to take the engine out open the gear box and check the bearings. All the bearings were worn !!!! had to buy a wole bearing kit, £170 . plus labour, lot cheaper than getting it reconditioned by specialists!!! they wanted £1000 for doing exactly what my mate has done for me. You need to get it plugged in to diagnostic scanner
Check your local auto electrician(a lot cheaper than main dealer)
It will usually be a faulty sensor/bad connection
