Where can i find the

In the trunk:

Uscrew two black plastic screws- o is on the right side just about in the middle. The other screw is on teh back portion taillight side. Once you've removed them, lift up the trunk base/spare tire cover. Remove the cover that the two plastic screws held together by grasping it from the seams where it may be exposed (e.g lid hinge gap,) and shimmy it off.

Tada- the battery is down there. The positive terminal has a cap covering it (red) and thuis is where the nut holding the terminal is located. To remove the cap, there are tabs to the right of it (between the inside of teh fender/liner and terminal). You can't remove it completely as it is hinged. The hinge is on teh left so it will upon upwards and left- kinda weird.

Don't break anything doing this- nothing is warrantied and will cost you some$$).

Passenger side.... early 2006 model.
pull up on the front of the cushion to get the seat pad off.

Late 2006 model in trunk passenger side of spare tire well.
Underneath trunk lining carpet.
