Front wheel slip on 4 WD Yukon

The 4x4 actuator in the front differential may be bad. The older heat actuators were notorious for failing, but when the electric actuators came out they got much more reliable. But that doesn't mean they are infallible. Have it checked.

Heat works but the blower fan wont kick on is it a fuse or motor

The part broken is probably the blower motor resistor. Go online and look up this part by Year and Model. Sometimes besides the part, a photo of the location will be included in the article.

This is a part that sometimes can be tapped with a broom handle or snowbrush and reactivated. Sad part of this is that it may work longer than any replacement part you would buy. Some had bad solder on components and would reconnect by tapping and arcing a new bond. So I really can't say that a new part would last better.

Rear Floor Vent heat only

Sounds like your heater coolant hose door flap is broken or loose. May want to check behind the heater controls, if your components are mechanically operated. If electronically, may need to perform more troubleshooting before replacing this component.

My windows and heater/air only work sometimes, always together

The only thing that these two circuits have in common is the ignition switch and the battery. If all of the other accessories and components are working, it would be safe to assume that it is not the battery.

If you want to diagnose just to make sure before replacing the ignition switch, you can check for voltage coming from PIn B in connector 1, ORANGE wire, at the ignition switch when the windows and blower motor are not working.

I have 2004 buick rendezvous and the blower motor fan does not work but the fuse is ok

{: ) If all other HVAC functions seem to be working normally except for the blower air, the most likely cause is a faulty blower resistor assembly ( for manual a/c) or a faulty blower motor control processor( for automatic control a/c). The blower motor can be easily checked if stucked-up or open-circuited. Inspect and repair (or replace) connectors and terminals for these components if you found them heated up or burned.

We have a 1992 honda accord and we can't get heat from the heater, all the fans work, and we have changed the thermos stat but still no heat and now there is a yellow maitence light on

their are 2 lines running into your firewall to some heating components under the hood, unplug lines at the other end (the components) blast clean water through the line using a garden hose untill blockage is removed. (you'll know when)

Vibrating noise coming from the muffler. It seems like there is a loose part, but I have examined and found nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If it sounds "tinny" it is most likely the muffler heat shield. Check the exhaust and muffler clearance to all heat shields to make sure there is at least a 1 inch clearance between the components. Make sure no hangers are broken that would allow the exhaust to move about.
good luck

My jeep 2000 Grand Cherokee Larado is over heating. I have changed the thermostat and coolant. The fan seems to stop turning when it over heats. What can be causing the fan to stop when it should be...

Replace the cooling fan clutch. It is the silverish round device that the fan attaches to. This component is heat sensitive and will only function correctly when hot. They are known to fail over time. Also inspect the radiator for good coolant flow. DO THIS when engine is cold only or have a shop check it out for you.

Heater not working

If the controls seem to work properly, but with no temperature change, diagnostic self test will have to be performed by a professional to find a bad electrical component like an actuator for the blend air door. The door itself could also be damaged so it doesn't move when commanded. Ford may have a technical service bulletin for the issue, which your dealer can look up. It shouldn't cost anything to ask. Sorry I can't help you more.
