You can get a locksmith to program the new fob, you just have purchase one. If you can do without the fob, ACE Hardware or locksmith can duplicate the key that will allow you to open the door manually and start the car, just no fancy fob.

Do not know my account number

Neither do we. Do you at least know what company you have the account with? If you do, contact them. If you can suitably identify yourself to them, they should be able to tell you your account number.

Hydraulic tappets are normally zero lash ... not adjustable. That is why they are hydraulic ... the lifter takes up all the 'clearance' and is automatically adjustable.

You kn ow you have to take the outside chrome piece off, right? If you have the top screws out, you can usually just bend it forward enough to get the headlight out.

I need my idle adjusted and i dont kn ow where it is

It electronic Really The Only Way Is To Tighten The Gas Pedal Cable Attached To The Throttle. But In That Case The Engine May compensate for the adjustment and end up idling the same after a while. Maybe you can tell me some symptoms of what is wrong with the vehicle and we can try to solve the idle issue.
