Most likely a bad injector, you need to check balance rates for the injectors with a scanner. if the rates are farly equal then it is probably a rod bearing but injectors are a common problem that's why they changed the original LB7 duramax(2000-2004) from internal injectors to external so they would be easyer to change.

First, try a new accelerator pump. They're less than $10 and easy to install. On the side of the carburator, near the linkage. It's simple a small rubber diaphragm.

icp sensor, definitly. you can get to it but you have to go from the bottom. remove the trans filler tube, and lower the the trans slightly, then you can remove the turbo heat shield and get to the sensor, you will need a 1 1/16" 12 point crows foot socket for the sensor its self.

the connector is loose or faulty. to gain access to the connector, there wiil be a locking ring or a rubber cover on the back of the light assembly in the engine compartment.
turn the locking ring ccw, take the socket out being carefull not to touch the glass bulb with your fingers. oil from your skin will create a hot spot on the glass and could break the glass when on because of the intense heat generated. remove and replace the bulb a few times to clean any surface corrosion. this action will also reseat the lamp.
if there is a rubber weather cover, there's a chance that there is a wire gate holding the bulb in place. squeeze the wires together to clear the latch clip on the unhinged end. then do the above procedure.
