Thes have a weak point with the pump in the tank. It is under a cap under the rear seat, get someone to turn the ignition on and listen if no noise give it a tap and see if it whirrs, slacken a pipe on the filter and see if there is pressure, if not the pumps are available from factors or on line.

there are 2 relays inbetween the 2 fans behind the front grill the wiring to the relays tend to corrode.
what you need to do is replace both relays and the wiring conectors

get in the car and shut the door
press and hold the milage reset button
switch ignition on and it will count down from 10 to =0
when it gets to 0 take your finger off the button and switch off ignition
this should reset service light

You have to unscrew bett tensioner, move it a bit and dismantle ancillary belt first. Then unscrew and remove alternator from the car.

Honestly dont know never had this problem as yet and with the roof down you cannot get in but if you can then you will need to release it from inside by undoing the hasp

My 306 estate is turning over but will not start. How do I disconnect the immobiliser? It isn't the one with a keypad to start


The security system can't be bypassed in this car. You will need to get the system scanned to see what the fault issue is.

Peugeot 306 cabriolet R reg. no sound from alarm, but lights flash when turning it on with remote key. horn also not working.


attach a wire to the poss side of the battery and touch the horn terminal,if it sounds then you have a fuse problem,if not replace the horn....
