Question about 2000 Ford Taurus
May have a clogged heater core, feel hoses going in and out of heater if they're warm, suspect blend door actuator under the dash they like to break! Sometimes they make a faint noise when switching from hot to cold. If hoses are not hot check the hoses for a valve usually vacuum controlled. Have a helper play with the heater controls if the vacuum doesn't exist to the valve it won't open. If you have vac at hose valve is bad. Rate my answer and let me know how you make out
