The fuse box you need is under the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel. The fuse you need is F2. It is next to the bottom one on the far left. There are 4 fuses on the far left. They are numbered F1-F4 from the bottom up. Good luck

Before you try pulling that fuse to solve the problem, check the dash light dimmer switch. If you have it turned all the way up turn it back to the middle and see if that gets the lights to go out. There is a position on that switch that turns the interior lights to constant on. Another area to check would be the door switches, if one of those is malfunctioning it is sending the signal for the door being open and that turns the lights on.
