How do I reconnect the ignition wires on a 195 Toyota 4runner?

You need to access a wiring diagram of the car. You might find one online. If you can't, pick up a Chilton or Haynes book for the car. They have wiring diagrams.
Your local library might have them.

Where is the button under the dash to reprogram the key fobs

I bought a replacement keyless fob and these instructions came with it - and they worked. They refer to some illustrations but with Haynes manual and maybe some web searching you should be able to figure it out.

1. Turn ignition switch OFF .

2. Use a 3 amp fused jumper wire (two clip leads attached to either side of a 3 amp fuse, or a paperclip works too) and connect terminals at the data link connector as illustrated below (black wire to black/white wire). The data link connector is located on the bottom of dash panel. Connect fused jumper wire between Data Link Connector (DLC) terminals no. 8 (black/white wire) and no. 4 (black wire)

3. Close all the doors.

4. Turn ON the ignition switch.

5. The doors will lock and unlock to confirm it is in programming mode.

6. Press and hold LOCK and UNLOCK on one of the transmitters for 30 seconds.

7. After a 10-15 second delay the doors will LOCK and UNLOCK. DO NOT TURN OFF THE IGNITION!

8. Repeat step 5 for each additional transmitter. (Even transmitters that worked previously must be reprogrammed).

9. Disconnect jumper wire from data link connector.

10.Turn the ignition off and test all transmitters to verify function.

first check fuses. check fuse 18(7.5a acc) in the under dash fuse/relay box. then check fuse 46(15a(typesh)10a), and fuse 43(7.5aclockradio) in the under hood fuse/relay box. if all fuses are good then you need to make sure you have 12v on the white/yellow wire(batt) and the white/red wire(ignition) on the blue connecotr on the back of the audio unit(the wht/red wire will only have 12v with the ignition in on or run.

Ignition stuck. trying to crank even with key out. battery drained. how do i fix

The ignition switch for these is under the dash on the steering column. You should see the switch is stuck in the crank position. They are fastened with tamper resistant torx screws.

You will have to replace the switch as it would appear that the return spring in it has failed.

1988 Audi 90 Fuse #12 back up lights & dash lights not working

Hi, first check the wiring at the left trunk hinge. The wires like to break from flexing from opening and closing the trunk lid. Also check the wiring under the shifter cover. It does the same thing. Your most likely going to find a broken wire from one of these places.
