Question about 1992 Honda Accord
If you can turn the crank by hand ( spanner on crank nut or hold belts tight and turn alternator nut etc ) then the engine will basically be ok. I would be looking at the battery and having a load test done to check for dead cells. The relay should be good as the starter is clicking. Check the battery

Yes, it sounds like your solenoid is bad and staying engaged against the flywheel, you could do an amperage draw and a voltage drop test to find out for sure, but you will need an DVOM and a amp clamp. Or you could take it into an auto parts store and they will test it for free. Hope this helps.

My daughter's 1991 Honda Accord did the same thing. I discovered that the main relay had to be replaced. Apparently the solder used in the original main relay was poor and would actually "soften" in the heat and cause a disconnection. When the cabin temperature dropped, the solder would cool and reconnect. Anyway, replacing the main relay worked. My daughter's car has not had this problem since.
