Question about 2000 Jaguar S-Type
Hi, you say there is no HEAT coming out when blower is on .. is air being blown out of the vents? .. if YES, cold air, then the problem may be an air lock/ a valve stuck closed/ or low coolant .. could be a problem with the air conditioning controls. If NO AIR blowing out of the vents and you can hear the fan blowing then investigate, controls to open and close vents, or possibly disconnected ducting .. if the car has been stood a long time it could be sticking vent/door/flap .. search internet for diagram of heating system for more information.
