Well if you have a new pump and your batterey is good, it can be a number of things. Start with your fuel filter. When was that changed last? then check your ignition system. You might not be getting spark. Dont forget to include your fuse box. check all your fuses. See if any of those suggestions help.
put your ingtion key it the place where it says air bag and turn it to the off postion then pull the key, but I don't recomend it if you forget and have somebody in there you have a problem, and if your getting an air bag warning light for that side it is not going to go away.
