Sounds like one of the ignition coils is failing or one of the spark plugs.

Hi I have a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan that has a motor mount problem just wondering if there is one that goes on them.

Yes, the most common mount to go bad is the front one behind the radiator, you would need to look from under the front of the car to locate it, a quick test to know would be to set parking brake and have someone put it in drive hold the brake and step on the gas some as you watch the engine move, and then do the same in reverse, you will see some movement in the engine but if the engine jumps up alot thats the bad mount, by doing drive and reverse the motor moves both ways and you will see if its a front mount or rear by the way the motor moves. for example if the rear of the engine jumps up you would know its a rear mount and the same goes for if the front of the engine jumps then a front mount would be bad. Take note even with parking brake on and brake pedal pushed van can still move so dont stand in frt or anything behind it. good day.

Engine motor mounts / electrical harness

Yes if the mount is not on the correct way it will cause problems like that and even kill the motor while driving down the road. When the van was made thay put one of the main wiring harness's under the motor mount that bolts to the block. When its comes loose or off it starts shorting out your motor. You will ether need to replace the bracket or bolts or both. Bolt size is a M10 1.5 its a 17mm head. Or they might be loose. Mount is located in the front of the van inbetween the motor and transmission. Hopes this helps

My1992 dodge van stalls when i put it into gear sometimes.

Please check your motor mounts.
A broken, or even a worn motor mount or two can negatively pull on your linkages so that your van will do this.
Understand that if the motor and/or transmission moves loosely, other things can be affected, such as shifting gears and wiring.
God bless your efforts.

Changing spark plugs in a 2000 Poitiac van.

There are a few ways to doing this, and it takes time and a few band aids. You can remove the alternator to give you some room to access the rear spark plug with an extension and swivel spark plug socket. You can also get to the plugs from under neath if you have a ramp and long arm, an extension and swivel spark plug socket will help. You may have to use a 2x4 to wedge the engine to give you some room if you have larger arms. The other way is to tilt the engine forward by disconnecting the two top engine mounts. First replace the 3 front plugs and wire one at a time so you don't cross them. After you have changed the front plugs have a friend help you. Make sure the parking brakes are on and disconnect the two top engine mounts, release the parking brakes and let the transmission in park. Push the van forward slowly to tilt the engine forward far enough to give you room with out pushing it to far in to the radiator. Put the parking brakes on again to keep the van from rolling back and place a block of wood behind and in front of the rear wheels. Don't want to lose an arm. Replace the rear plugs with extensions and a swivel spark plug socket. Note, your going to have to replace the spark plug wire since the rear ones are really hard to remove and pulling on then will destroy them, not worth the headache trying to save them. Use platinum plugs so you can get 100.000 miles before you have to change them again so use anti-seize on the plugs so you can remove them again. Good luck and hope this helps, I personally go from under the van.

Changing spark plugs in my 1996 lumina van with 3.4L engine w a/c it looks like a bear of a job, cant even see plugs from under neith

To access you rear plugs, you need to disconnect the front top engine mount, then put the vehicle in neutral and pull the engine forward (with a large pry bar) and lock the engine to the mount base using the engine mount bolt. Don't forget to chock your wheels so the vehicle doesn't roll away. And really, the job isn't difficult at all.
