I'm not familiar with that vehicle, but if the hose is roughly an inch in diameter it goes to the inside heater. You will need to lift the vehicle to get under it.

SOURCE: pouring out antifreeze, car is not over heating

At a local parts store, purchase a coolant system pressure tester. DO NOT pressure the system while the engine is hot. The pressure tester will attach to your radiator fill cap where you can pressurize your system, exposing any leaks. Any local mechanic should perform this test free as well.

SOURCE: i changed the water pump

Hello! It is extremely important that you only use Dex-Cool in your Cadillac's cooling system...It is Orange in color...If you have used another coolant or the block has not been flushed in some time, flushing is needed...

Drain the cooling system...Do not remove the thermostat...Fill radiator with drinkable water...Turn heat on full...Run engine until thermostat opens...Shut down, let cool then drain...Do this several times until water comes out clean...Replace thermostat...Replace O-rings on thermostat pipe...Coat thermostat bolts with Permatex...Re-fill with Dex-Cool...

Here is Vacuum Diagram...

I have water pouring out from the top of the engine block, but not from the water pump. Can't see exactly but looks like the leak is behind and above the water pump. Can you tell me the most l

If its not from the water pump or hose it is most likely from a rusted out welch plug , This happens if the coolant is not replaced when needed . To do a good repair replace them all . For a bit extra money find brass plugs, end of problem . replace with good coolant.

My 2006 H3 has water leaking into drivers side floor

While H3 is parked on driveway, driver floor mat is removed, and steering turned all the way right to expose splash area, pressure hose the front left steering splash area behind left tire while another person feels with their hands to determine where water is entering. If the leak is beneath, it would only enter when you go through flooded area. When it rains, the water constantly splashes behind the tires, which is an area source for water to enter the driver area while the vehicle is in motion during rain condition. If you live in snow area, they use salt to keep roads clear of snow. Salty water is highly corrosive to exposed steel. In the summer or fall season before snow begins, you steam jet pressure clean the underside, then inspect for any area where undercoating had come off. Take primer spray paint and cover these exposed areas with at least 3 coats of primer paint, or rubber sealant spray.

Jeep coolant leak

Have a coolant pressure test done on the system. It can be pressurised beyond cap operating pressure with out getting hot. I feel that the water you see is condensate from the a/c system as that is the location of the drain hose . I am thinking that the radiator is cracked in a core or a tank is split or a welsh plug is rusted most of which will only appear when the coolant system is under pressure form the hot operating temperature.

Where is the battery located on a 1997 plymouth breeze?

Drivers side fender well. Jack up the car and remove the front tire. There's a section of the fender liner with a big picture of a battery on it. You can remove that part of the fender liner via some thumb twist screws and get to the battery.

Its easier if you remove the left front tire. In front of the wheel well, you will see a plastic cover held in place with several clips that can be removed by turning the clips 1/4 turn to left. pull the plastic cover off and you will see the battery. Use 1/2 in. socket to remove hold down, and 5/16 socket to remove cables. Total time Approx. 15 minutes.

Vents not blowing very strong infact hardly at all I removed fan and checked it it looks good and runs good so why doesn`t the flow work well ? 1990 corsica 2.2 L

You have a vacuum leak to the vent system. Check all the vacuum lines that are under the hood.
Be advised there is a vacuum ball under the left front fender just in front of the tire behind the fender well cover that also needs checked.

How do you replace coolant reservoir in 2002 Kia Spectra? The fill neck just disappears beneath the fender.

you have to take the tire off, then carefully take off the undercover in the wheel well. be sure to remove all fasteners. Once the cover is off, you should have very easy access to the reservoir. I think there's two bolts, 10mm or 12 mm wrench. And there's a hose clamp on the small hose leading to the radiator that needs to come off too. Good luck.
