SOURCE: 2000 ford super duty 7.3 diesel will not cold start

you need to have the engine coolant switch checked, since the computer relies solely on sensors, the ect tells the computer how cold or hot it is so the computer will make it a rich or lean mixture to start the engine,if it tells the computer that it is 75 degrees the computer will lean the mixture like starting a car in the winter without a choke.

I brought a mazda premacy 2lt diesel on 2003 plate, I drove 2 miles and the car just cut out and now it won't start. I have checked fuel pump and ignition and they seem fine. Any ideas please.

check and bleed air from the fuel system. check for fuel level in the tank. run the fault codes to check for cam/crank position sensors and broken timing belt.

Mazda premacy not starting

Have the battery tested and then if it passes have a starter draw test run as well. Also make sure the battery cables are in good condition and clean and free of corrosion and tight to the posts.

My engine wont rev when warm

possible engine internal damage from the cold
have a compression test done
try testing the boost pressure from the turbo as it may not be working
excessive smoke and low power indicators
starts and runs cold is not indicated that it is a pump

My 2004 RX8 won't start when the engine is warm, when its cold it starts no problem. If I drive the car till it at operating temp and shut it down I have to wait an hour until start it again

if this car is on the cold start injector when it is defective. Injects additional fuel to the engine is still warm. Is it to feel warm by running more than normal gasoline smell?

Mazda 323 wont start until cold

If this vehicle has a distributor, try replacing the pickup coil. This should be located under your distributor cap and is responsible for spark. When your engine compartment gets warm from normal conditions, this plastic piece of **** shrinks and the metal tab attached to it doesn't make a good enough connection to conduct the electric spark to your plugs. Hope this helps!
