Strainer on tank cleaned changed fuel filter ,fuel presure sensor ,relays and fuses and this is my tird pump . they last a couple hundred miles .

are you allowing the gas in the tank to run very low , before you re fill it, if so, you are allowing the fuel pump to overheat, due to a low amount of gas in the tank, this makes the pump work harder, and it will gradaully destroy your fuel pump. always re fill your tank before you get to 1/4 of a tank or more.

Low presure 300 psi to injectors, fuel presure though filters seems good but not enough to start my 2005 powerstroke 6 litre diesel (F 350 superduty)Help???

2006?? if so then its common rail with one high pressure pump ,the fuel through the filters is low pressure anyway ,then it goes into the high pressure pump that delivers the pressure to the injectors .If you dont know what your doing with this new piece of kit then refer to the dealer because it has a lot of fancy electronics controlled by encrypted software
