Question about 2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara
The $64,000 , shut down in uSA and Canada next 2014, no loc stated.
first off , you never stated the engine in it,, 1.6L 2.o, 2.5L V6?
which ? engine?
you are in luck, (my 04 takes suzuki scan tool, then later years, its fixed)
here is the quote. (2.0 and 2.5L only)
(so where is DLC ?, there are 2, the above is in the engine bay, every year, suzuki moves it, it seems. 5 times in 10 years.
the CMP sensor on rear of cam is adjusted. has 2 screws.
The DLC was moved to the left (USA LHD) drivers side strut tower top. (looking under hood, ,look to right tower)
it has 6 pins (i dont have photos for 01. so read your FSM.
try real FSM or alldata.com (suz info is weak, as is maker.)
warning the are 10 things, that can make the freeze fail.
see bottom of page for that. (skip 8v reason)
