You have some wire from odemeter and radio to ground you must use the multimeter and test the wires + connector. Or call some service electrician for to fix it, or use the scanner/computer. see the diagrama and steps for fix it.
God bless you

Remove battery leave off for a few hours. good time to give a charge on mains charger, put the battery back on. now put key in ignition and turn to number 2 and leave it on number 2 for 10min or more the light should stay solid on the theft control. turn off ignition then turn back on slowly. the light should not come back on. if it does come back on. take the radio out and check the wires to the radio you can do this while the battery is off... there is a lot of wiring problems on this model so i have found.

Radio stay on after Jeep is turned off

The remedy consists of finding out the real cause of rapid battery discharge. It isn't the clock. Could be a failing starter.

Check your belt to see if it is loose. If not, then you have something that is staying on. Like a wire touching or something. Hope this helps, James Booth

Lef lights on and battery went dead radio won't turn on now

Same thing happens to my wifes Tucson. If you put in a CD it turns the radio on. We have had to do this a couple times now and it works every time. Of course if there is a CD in there it won't work....as a result we make sure to always eject the CD before turning the car off. There was a recall with the brake control switch as well the radiop in the 06' are a known lemon however the unit has a reduced warranty which does not match the bumper to bumper warranty. Also the air bag sensor is a recall (I believe). The daytime headlights will stay on sometimes too for some reason which is what drains our battery, Good luck!
