Question about 1995 Nissan Altima
After the electric motor has kept clicking for about 15 seconds at the end, the door can only be closed manually. After that I have to put off the power of the sliding door for a few seconds and put it on again to activate the electric motor of the sliding system
You must lube and see if there are some parts loose or broken. However you must test the motor for to see if is defective. go to www.aa1car.com get the topic and fix it.
God bless you

Mine was doing the same thing. I took it in and watched them fix it and first they steam cleaned the area under the floor where the rollers are. Then they took a spray and lubricated the rollers and the track where the rollers are. then they cleaned the brass connectors on the side of the door where the safety pins touch. I could have saved ALOT of money doing this myself. I hope this helps!
