You will need to get a 12 volt test light and check the trailer connector for a voltage signal to the trailer, it may also have seperate fuses under the hood for the trailer lights if the system is factory installed, federal law requires the 2 systems be isolated, if there are blown fuses find the short in the trailer before replacing fuse(s), with no exceptions the short is always in the trailer. Hint, check the fuses 1st.

first, in the passengers side, there is a module that controls the fan speed, NOT the dial button, its located inside the cab, as noted, passengers side, where the passenger rest his foot, it has two screws and a connector, and has a thermic protection that is probably faulty, you can get this for 30 bucks or so.
second, have you perform a refrigerant test?
if the system does not have sufficient refrigerant charge, the pressure switch would not activate the compressor clutchTry this and get back to me, if you tell me more detailed info, i will happily help you.

Check for a broken wire or loose connection at the multifunction switch. This can occur especially often if you use tilt steering. there is a few screws under the steering column shroud, unscrew the tilt wheel knob, you may vice grips to get it to unscrew. remove the shroud and check wiring and connections, remove the multifunction switch and make sure there are no wires loose in the connectors. If you have a wiring diagram you can jump the circuits at the connector, if no loose anything and you get lights to go on by jumping the switch, replace the multifunction switch (that's the lever on the left of the steering wheel, in case you were wondering)

If it has antilock brakes, the sensor is on the top of the rear differential. This sensor usually drives the speedometer. check the sensor for an open in its windings and also the wire that connects to it for any breaks.
