No, your engine block will overheat and sieze, could eventually crack the block.

I have a Lincoln aviator 2003. It's overheat .. In the screen I see that message "reduced engine power". Could you explain me that please?

I need more information. Does it lose antifreeze or just simply overheat? If it is losing antifreeze you have a hole in hoses or might need a head gasket or even pump, if it is not losing and it overheats could be a simple thermostat not opening or needs new rad. So I guess I need to know Dows it lose antifreeze and does your heating work?

2004 Caravan temp light and rapid dinging

If you have a problem with a light check your temp gauge. Chrysler warning on engine overheating responds that way and as the engine becomes hotter the chime becomes more rapid. Check your antifreeze and fluid level, this may be the problem.

Well, billowing white smoke from the tailpipe is generally antifreeze burning off in the engine, which would indicate either a blown head gasket into a cylinder or a broken fluid passage. In the old days there was a way an automatic transmission could leak trans fluid into the engine and create white smoke too, but that shouldn't apply to your vehicle. Not certain about the noises, but clearly you have some internal damage. You can check the antifreeze level to see if you have lost fluid. You can pull the spark plugs to see if you notice damage to the plugs or deposits on the plugs indicating antifreeze.

The car is leaking fluid on the drivers side. Also

if the fluid has a strong smell then its likely brake fluid .. that would be a bad master cycilnder ... if the fluid smells like antifreeze then thats a leaking heater core ... if its just water then look foor a clogged drain hose on the ventalation air intake chamber ... the brake fluid will be oily and a strong smell .. if thats the problem then it is not safe to drive until that is fixed .. you could partially or completely lose braking ... .

Im losing anti freeze i looked under the car and

If the engine is the same as the 2002 Impala 3.8L engine, the problem is most likely cracked connectors where the coolant enters the engine block. There are two L-shaped plastic connectors that connect the coolant lines through the metal block attached to the tensioner arm to the engine block. Common problem and parts are available from the dealer for under $20, but takes several hours of disassembling and specific torque specs. Just replaced mine over the summer.
