You need to have the airbag serviced as there is an error somewhere. it also means that the airbag will not deploy in an accident, so you should get this looked at by someone with experience troubleshooting airbag problems asap.

It sounds like your air conditioner condensation line is not attached or leaking, or the condensation pan is cracked. This is a common problem, the fix requires removing the dash and replacing the broken part.

My 1998 Porsche Boxster automatic gear console face light doesn't turn on . Why does stay without light?

You probably have a loose wire to the gear console switch, or a bad board somewhere. Check to see that you have voltage going to the lights in the console.

Airbag fuse

It could be the fuse but is more than likely a fault with some other part of the system. You'll need to scan the system and se wha the fault codes are. When the airbag light is on it won't deploy in an accident so be sure to get it checked asap.

Hi, i have a 1998 boxster, when you turn of the car the dash lights are staying on causing the battery to go flat eventually?

Hello! One set of contacts in the ignition switch are more than likely defective. Check the following: After key is off and removed do the power windows still operate? If so replace ignition switch.

The passenger airbag alarm keeps beeping and we just tried to start the car. It has been sitting for about three weeks. The battery was dead and all of the lights came on. We hooked it up to the battery...

usually passenger air bag can be turned off with a switch just inside the door on the side of the dash, but will probably need resetting on an obd11, other than that a cable under the passenger seat is faulty

Airbag light staying on

to reset the light it needs to go on a diagnostic machine this could have been caused when the ignition switch was replaced if the steering wheel was removed if this is the case there will be a fault stored for the drivers airbag or when the seat was removed if this is the case there will be a fault stored for a pretensioner and or side airbag make sure no plugs have been left undone under the seat

Air bag light on dash board citroen picasso

Check the plugs and sockets under the seats, they tell the airbag system if there are occupants and if the readings are wrong to the airbag ecu it disables itself and lights the warning lamp, clean the plugs and sockets or sometimes I have soldered the wires to get decent contact (one at a time)

Airbag warning light is on after the seats were removed to be recovered. How do I cut it off

it came on because someone turned the switch on with the seat belt wires disconnected. to turn the light off you need to find a handheld scanner that has abs and you can clear the codes as long as the wires are plugged back in and not broken during the reupholstering. you may also go to a nearby shop and ask how much they would charge to clear your abs codes. it's not illegal for them to do it. it's not emmisions related
