Question about 1999 Ford Expedition
Bust out a window to retrive the keys or call a locksmith. Your local police dept might be able to help, as they usually can open the doors without a key. They have slimjims.

Unfortunatly only the dealer can help you on this, you might be able to get a locksmith to get you in the truck. The dealers don't and won't give out information to just anyone on how to get into a locked car from the keypads.

Yes, two ways to do it. Call a Locksmith and have them come out using your Autoclub membership or Car Insurance. Depending on the type of policy the Service call can be covered. The Locksmiths have Key blanks for the doors.
Second way, just created, would be to use the Trailer socket in the back of the vehicle to put power in the Vehicle. You usually have a power wire in the round 5 or 7 Pin connector for charging batteries while towing. The Ground is no problem because you can ground to the hitch, you would need to know which Terminal provides power, then put the power wire into that terminal from the outside Battery.
It should be good enough to energize the Keypad which works with the interior light circuit.
It seems to show the Aux power circuit for Pos, and the White 12 O'clock terminal for the Ground.
Let me know if this works for you.
