SOURCE: USED MOPAR ENGINE SEALANT, BUT VALVE COVER IS STILL LEAKING

You did everything correctly "by the book", but I add one thing...Once the orininal application has set up, I add another thin layer, then immediately set the cover in place on the engine can't slide it around or wipe it across anything when doing this though or it won't work. I then tighten the cover lightly, wait a couple of hours then re-tighten.Follow a pattern like torquing a cylionder head so it goes down evenly.
On yours, did you try just tightening up on it a bit?

SOURCE: water leak at rear back window to cloth roof

I recommend gasket sealant that you would use for a motor. It's flexible and relatively cheap so if it doesn't work you not out much. Other than that a good contact cement would probably work well.

2006 dodge durango that does not have a sun roof that leaks water on the Head liner and seat belt and floor when it rains or I go thru car wash? What could cause this?

I just Googled a picture.
There is a roof rack type trim on the roof.
Water flows downhill
3 possible sources:
- window trim
- windshield
- roof trim
I would be suspecting the roof trim. Determine how it is attached. Remove it. Clean the roof and all parts of the trim that contect the roof. Apply sealant in appropriate locations. Re- install roof trim.
Test
No leak!

Where can I look for the leak that floods the passenger side floor?

Look for places where two or more body panels meet. They're most likely secured together with spot welds and filled with sealant at the factory. You may have to look in the channels that are under trim surrounding a window or other glass. I had have 2013 Altima that pooled water in the rear seat floor area nearly 2 inches deep due to a poor seal between two panels in the engine compartment (firewall) just below the front windshield. Water followed wiring channels and contours in the floor pan (without getting carpet wet) to the lowest point - the back seat floor. So - don't overlook *anything* Good luck!

The lacquer on the front wing of my car is peeling. Is there a diy fix

Sorry to say it but in most cases it needs to be repainted. If you want to try you can lightly sand it and reclear coat it, but if the base coat is causeint it to peal then it needs to be sanded and sealed with a good primer/sealer and repainted.

Water leak above sun visor sunroof seals seem ok

If the sunroof seal is ok, then it is possibly entering by the roof bars, put a little silicon sealant around the roof bar where it meets the roof, you can find black silicon from any hardware shop, and the same goes , if you have a roof antenna. Hope that helps

02 malibu has a rusted screw on top of the engine block and some antifreeze is leaking out. Is there a sealant of some type that can seal the leak?

There's a number of different sealants that might do the trick. Unfortunately, it will be near impossible to get a good seal to the rusted/dirty surface. Can you remove the bolt? If so, it would be much better to remove it, clean the threading inside the block and install a new bolt (using sealant on the threads).
