The motor is stripped out. The sun roof might be binding on the sun roof track and the motor is not strong enough to move the roof. I would first replace the sun roof motor if available seperately.
You mihgt have to get the complete assembly because of part availability

SOURCE: Where is Fuse R303 Located
R303 is the fuel pump relay, not a fuse. The fuse for the fuel pump should be #34. I take it your fuel pump is not working. Check the fuse first. If it's ok then go looking for the relay. It is behind the passenger side kick panel in the fuse box. You will have to remove the fuse box in order to find the relay. It is mounted to the circuit board, and, according to some owners manuals, is only serviceable by the dealer. Hopefully the fuse is not hard to find at the parts stores. If I find out anything else I will let you know.

SOURCE: WHERE ARE THE FUSES LOCATED
there is one panel under your dashboard on the drivers side left of the steering column, the other is under your hood on either the left or right side. Your owners manual will list all the different fuses, and what they are for. I hope this helps, if you don't have an owners manual, here is a PDF.
