No connection. But look for any oil leaks because you are losing oil somehow or burning it.

SOURCE: i have low oil pressure in my 1994 chevrolet suburban

how low is dangerous low? are you going by factory gauge? need to run it with a mechanical gauge to see exactly what it is doing. if it is too low your only option is to replace oil pump and main bearings. these would be your wear items most likely causing low pressure.

Code is for the VVT or variable valve timing. Was the timing belt replaced recently. If so the timing belt is not on correctly. If it just happened it could be the valve it self, wiring to the valve/corrosion on connectors. Check the oil level as low oil could be an issue. If the belt was not changed recently try changing the oil and adding a qt of Rislone to the oil. It is designed to free up sticky lifters and could free up the VVT solenoid. Worth a try.

Engine makes whining sound

Take the belt off and spin all of the pulleys. the bad component should be obvious. high pitch whine is usually alternator bearing for the 98 3800 its timkin part# 100ccab or it can be the power steering pump(but the pitch will change as your steering if it is that) water pump, idler and tensioner pulleys(if you have to change either one, replace the tensioner itself). if you have the supercharged model there are a few parts that can whine( or the s/c is low on oil.)

I have an isuzu 1994 and i notice that the oil presure goes low.

I assume you have an oil pressure guage. If your oil level is normal it is most likely the oil pump,or a loose serpentine belt or tensioner is not doing it's job.Check the belt and tensioner for tightness first since it's the easiest to check. If you pull the tensioner in the opposite direction of the belt side,it should be fairly tough to move.
Good luck! Greg

Change oil and replace timing belt?

I am in Leyte. You should be running 20-50 oil (Petron is great.) The 1997 engine was VERY prone to "Oil Sludge" build up. (low oil pressure) There were several recalls for the cooling and oil systems on THIS vehicle.

The Timing belts replacement should not exceed 70,000 miles (113,000 km) The problem is... you have no idea when the last belt was changed. I can tell you from experience the rolling back of odometers is common practice here. So if the owner had the belt changed at 100,000 km and then had the speedometer rolled back to 65K you could have a new belt or that the timing belt has "never" been changed. Sadly most people find out when their car won't start.

Is Audi guide belt or cam belt related to the sump

Timing belt needs to be replaced every 100000 km at the most . Do you know when it was replaced last ?
Did they remove the front pulley (The one on the crankshaft)?
The Timing belt and AUX belts are not related to the sump but they are related to the crankshaft pulley , Depending on the type of repair carried out they may have removed the pulley in order to replace the crankshaft front oil seal.If I was replacing a crankshaft oilseal due to oil leaking I would have fitted a new Timing belt as well as Tensioner , Idler/s , Water pump (if driven by timing belt) as well as the AUX belts as Oil can damage rubber .
Hope this makes sense to you ?
Looking forward to your reply

My VW is making 'clunking' nosies.

have timing belt and timing belt tensioner replace.check coolant level .power steering fluid .and tranny fluid to see whick one real low. the one you find very low that the leak. the noise you describe . you could have worn cv joints and the timing belt tensioner will make a noise if wore out.

2001 daewoo sputters at stops and low speeds. found oil in 1st sparkplug hole. advice?

The oil in the sparkplug hole indicates a leaking valve cover gasket. That may or may not be the cause of the problems you've got (doubt that it is), but it's still something that needs to be changed.
