The gear lock-out switch may be malfunctioning. Do you have to push on the brakes before you change from park into drive.

Clean the mass air flow sensor and inspect the hose from the throttle body to air filter box for cracks or air leaks

Have the fault codes read. Replace faulty items. Use only genuine items as non-genuine replacement are not always compatible with the OEM fitted CPU units. I suspect servo solenoid faults. Have a pressure test done on the gear box

2010 ford transit connect 150,000 miles great shape runs and shifts ok but when decelerating there is a whine in the trans??? it has the advance trac rsc trans what could it be

I'm going to say it is a main shaft bearing that is wearing out, much like a differential or axle bearing.
You might do some online research for that model and see if it is a common problem with other owners.

that noise is not bearings but but incorrect ring and pinion gear mesh, this is caused by incorrect backlash of the gear set, once it makes noise it is to late and gears must be replaced.
