This would refer to the "down stream" sensor, which would be past the catalytic convertor. You may also have an exhaust leak near the cat, contaminated fuel or maybe even low fuel pressure.

look for exhaust leak- either gasket near enigne or a rotted pipe in front of cat, or worse case a catalytic converter going bad/rotten

P0300 is a random miss fire , a vacuum leak can cause this as well as low fuel pressure ! weak fuel pump , clogged fuel filter !

You don't say what make , model an year vehicle ! These are for GM vehicles , yours could mean something else . Except the first three , those are genaric codes , same for all makes ! P2096 or P2098 Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Low Limit
Possible Causes:
  • Malfunctioning fuel injectors
  • Low fuel system pressure
  • Fuel that is contaminated
  • Missing, loose, or leaking exhaust components from the HO2S forward
  • Vacuum leaks
  • Ethanol concentration greater than 15 percent
  • Incorrect PCV system operation

If you mean P2098 read on, Po 2098 is not a vaild code, all codes for OBD2 have one letter (P, B, etc.) and four numbers 0-9.

P2098 Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean (Bank 2) have you used any fuel additive lately? that will toss that code, But basically its a o2 sensor
