Air in the fluid lines is the cause unless something is bending. Bleed the brake lines--longest one first and progress to the nearest. Keep fluid topped up in the master cylinder as this progresses. A two person process--one pumping the brakes several times and then hold pressure while the other person cracks the bleed screw slightly until no air spits out. Close the screw if you need another pump. Make sure you are using the correct clean fluid--don't reuse the old discharged fluid.

There 2 screws holding on the cover. Remove the 2 screws pull off cover. To remove the light bulb twist it to the left or right. It will only twist one way to get it out of the socket that it is in.

hi this maybe due to the brake switch being either stuck in or the switch itself has broken, if you look under your dashboard where the brake peddle is, you should see a black or white plastic thing being held to a small bracket, there should be a little plunger sticking out, if not, unplug the switch ( should be a 2 wire plug ) then undo the nut holding it in the bracket, and have a look and see if the plunger is broken or just stuck in, it could have some dirt holding it in place, just pull it back out and lubricate with a light oil, obviously if it is broken just purchase a new one....hope this helps please vote thanks

This light will remain illuminated when the handbrake is engaged. Illumination after releasing the handbrake may indicate low brake fluid level (MUST CHECK THIS IMMEDIATELY AND RECTIFY).
Hope the information is useful ... be extremely careful and attend to this warning immediately if it is still on with your handbrake off and brake fluid top up!
