Clunking noise when accelerating and at dead stop...

There is a clunking noise when accelerating and in idle. The sound was coming from the ac compressor when I took it in but even though the ac is off it still makes the noise. Could this be a problem with the belts? I posted a video so that it's easier to hear but it goes along with the engine whenever it's on.

Clunk when coming to a stop

That clunking noise you get it whilst you are braking or just as you are coming. If it is whilst on breaking, check your rear brakes. if is whilst coming check for any suspension shocks, bushes.

Clunking/ticking noise during acceleration in 3rd and 4th gears

This sounds on the base of it to be pre ignition, if so the moment you take the foot off the gas it goes? The cure is to retard the ignition timing slightly, have you recently changed your octane of fuel? this will also cause this?
The noise is caused by the expansion of the compressed gases expanding before the piston reaches top dead centre causing the piston to \'rattle\' left unchecked will cause permanent damage and engine failure

Having a problem with my 93 camry v6. car shakes when it is idle, when i accelerate car makes a clunking noise and doesnt accelerate as fast as it used to. also check engine light is on. could it be dirty...

Most likely you need motor mounts for the shaking and clunking.
The check engine light being on could cause the accelerating problem. It could be something as simple as the fuel filter being old and plugged up. Have you ever changed the fuel filter? This could cause the engine to run lean making the check engine light come on. And when accelerating the engine will be "starving" for fuel causing poor acceleration.
