Ither in the connector or the wiring from the main switch. you will need a multimeter to check this issue. typically its the bulb socket.

SOURCE: headlights

turn on your low beams and look at the passenger side. as a general rule the low beam lights are the ones on the far side of the headlight bucket, not on the inside

My 2008 saturn vue headlight on drivers side works on his beam but will not work on low beam. We checked the fuses they or ok

In the diagram for left low beam, the top wire color is voltage, black wire is ground. Check them both.
Have you tried swapping bulb from one side to the other to see if problem follows the bulb. If it does, then of course the bulb is the problem. Don't touch bulb with bare fingers. I can't rule out a wiring problem? At the proper fuse did you check for voltage, use a test lite.

Honda CR-V 2005 low beam out while the bulb and fuse are still OK

both LOW BEAMS (you make this so hard not saying that...)
but challenging.....

is car in canada, or usa? or a?
does car have DRL. we dont know ,until you say.
and both types work different, non- and DRL.
my answer (roll dice, ) USA. no DRL

the system is simple (alldata.com)
2 fues, left and right
2 relays, one left, one right.
1 controller box.
1 switch combo.

the sequence of events
HL switch on,
this ground the Low pin on the mutiplex control box in fuse box.
this box sends 2 ground signals to both relays.
so if one headlight works you know the mpx box works
both relays close
and 12v is sent to both low beams , and there other side is grounded full time so they glow.
there are 2 fuse left and right. fuse #15 and 17

My low beam is not working i replaced the bulb and its still not working

Check the fuse no.# 20 - F20 (15A) = RH headlamp - low beam & the fuse no.# 21 - F21 (15A) = LH headlamp - low beam, located in the fuse box / relay plate fascia 1, placed on the driver's lateral side of the dashboard, door open. See pictures below:

99 passat drivers low beam not does not work, has new bulb...now what, anyone have this issue?

There may be a separate fuse for low and high, as well as separate reley. Since the car is 10 years old, it could be the actual high/low switch.
