Question about 1997 Volkswagen Jetta
Remove the screws that are holding the mud guard and sideskirt on insde of the wheel well, open the door and locate the tabs coming from the fender and remover those bolts, and last you will take the bolts out from the top. 10mm for the top bolts, phillips for the trim and I believe a 13mm for the ones hidden behind the door
