On top of the cover of the fuses it will tell you what that fuse was for. Odds are whatever it is, is shorting out and will need to be replaced.

Check the circuit opening relay, located behind glove box or kick panel on right.
Look for signs of corrosion, this fuse only powers the fuel pump and the engine ecu

A fuse that keeps blowing means you have a short. Inspect the wiring that goes to the fuel pump. It can also mean there that the pump is defective.

1994 mustang GT 5.0 blows 20 amp EEC fuse

Have a short. This procedure may help out. Need test light and volt meter.

1. Disconnect C104 and see if the Red (RD) wire out of the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) (pin 12 and/or 24) is shorting to ground, to verify which side of the connector the circuit is shorted.

2. If the RD wire no longer indicates a short to ground after disconnecting C104, inspect the engine harness feeding the injectors, Idle Air Control (IAC) solenoid and Canister Purge (CANP) solenoid for chafing against bare metal on top of the engine.

3. If the RD wire still indicates a short to ground after disconnecting the C104 connector, inspect the harness to the secondary air injection solenoids, EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR) solenoid, Mass Air Flow (MAF) and Powertrain Control Module (PCM) for a short to ground.
INFO Tip C104 is a 42-terminal connector located at the rear passenger side of the engine, near the A/C accumulator.

Fuse 18 keeps blowing

Once a fuse blows,it does so for a reason
Common Sense
In a 60 year driving career you have maybe 6 fuses blow
Replacing them 5 out of 6 time they blow again
Ask yourself why
You need to find the most logical item in that circuit
& start testing & that usually requires a wiring diagram
or you have no map or now where to start any testing.
Something overloaded a circuit find it & replace it or
resolve the wiring issue

My 94 ford explorer keeps blowing the 30 amp EEC fuse under the hood. What can be causeing this to happen?

There has to be a short in the EEC. My advice would be to take it to a mechanic you don't want to be playing with electronics if you don't have the expertiese. It's a good way to fry more systems

Ford explorer eec relay

Try a new relay first. This may not be good news if that does not work. If you can find the EEC (computer) and unplug it, then replace the fuse-if it blows you have another cheaper part on the circuit thats bad.
If the fuse does not blow, then the EEC must be shorted.
If you have to replace the EEC you may find a kindly dealer with a cash-for-clunker sitting there to violate. Salvage yards have them, Ebay sells them. I have seen them at swap meets for $20. They are a high price part even rebuilt at Dealers or autoparts stores.
