the flasher unit controls both hazards and indication you will need to remove the shroud around the steering wheel and follow the wires coming off the indicator stalk down until you find the problem there should be some majour plugs on the stearing collum check thaat these are conected and work from there

you americans and your facination for relays,they rarely go wrong ,if hazards working and flashers do not then their is only two options ,the hazard light switch or the flasher switch ,i would change the hazard light switch first ,they are interconnected

Found it!! - It is indeed under the dash, directly above the clutch pedal arm and attached to the brake support bracket. The original one was black and NOT round. It's about 1.5 inches long and 1 inch square. The three wires drop down out of the bottom and there is a connector release you have to push to release the wires. The flasher relay itself can slide off the mounting point, with a little extra pressure, pushing towards the left side (outward) of the truck. (left hand drive models).

SOURCE: Turn signal not working but
if all fuses are good and your satisfied the flasher is good the turn signal assembly may be bad. this is the the arm your pushing down to make the turn signals work. its an assembly and may require removal of the steering wheel to replace. hope this helps
