Heater blower not working

Ive checked thee fueses all is ok ive put a direct curent from battry to blowere and it works ive changed the resister at the back of the dash and its still not working

    I had the same problem on mine. I had to run my own power wire to the back of the fuse panel under the dash and install an inline fuse link to solve the problem.

95 toyota camry replace blower motor resistor

The resister puts current to the motor when you change
speeds on switch so if you motor only work in one or two
speeds you no the resister is bad if you put current direct to
motor make sure. It runs if ok change resister thank you and please reply

Front heater blower motor wont work ive checked all the fuses and are good theres no power going to the blower motor resister

blower motors are common for burning out anything from leaves to anything that fits into a vent

Air blower not working

check all fueses then after that take out motor blower and then from the batery put strait voltage and see if the motor work . if it dont work replace the unite.

Ive got bmw series 320ci the fan on the heater as stopped working what could the problem be

could be a few differnt things, start with the obvious and least expensive, check the fuse, and relay for the blower motor, if they are good, move on the blower resister. and if not the resister id say the blower went, but most likely one of the first two. hope this helps you

if u changed all of that then it should be the heater control . have u given direct power to the blower motor? it is possible that its faulty.

My Blower motor for my heater on a 99 ford escort is not working.Is it the motor or resister that is gone??the fuses look ok where is the resister located can you send a diagram

look in passenger foot well on blower case for 4 wire connector.

Behind right side of I/P, A/C-heater plenum

resister bad would still allow high speed. may be blower motor.

  • The blower motor does not operate/does not operate correctly
  • Open fuse.
  • Tripped circuit breaker.
  • Circuitry open/shorted.
  • Heater blower motor switch (18578).
  • Heater blower motor switch resistor (18591).
  • Blower motor relay.
  • Blower motor.

Heater blower motor blows normal then slows down 1999 grand marquis

There is a blower resister within the blower fan that is replacable. Most likely this is the problem

2004 Grand Caravan Front blower will not come on.

Check owners manual for location of heater blower motor front,check with a test light,if it's good locate blower motor under glove box and test the two wires for power when switch is turned on,if power is present motor needs changed.if no power check blower motor resister.

Heater blower won't run on heat or a/c

sounds like blower motor is junk what hapens is people take the cabin filther out and all kinds of junk falls into heater motor and eventually it gets stuck and motor will not work right

Blower motor

If all blower speeds are not working I would check the blower, but if only one speed is not working I would check the resistor block for the blower it controls the speeds. they use 2 different blowers in this truck I have to sent a second message with the rest it will not hold it all inthis message.

2001–05 Models With Delphi Blower Motor
  1. If equipped, remove the sound insulator panel.
  2. Remove the blower motor insulating cover screws.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor.
  4. Remove the blower motor insulating cover.
  5. Pull the retaining tab down while turning the blower motor counterclockwise in order to disengage the blower motor from the heater/ventilation module.
  6. Remove the blower motor.

To install:
  1. Install the blower motor.
  2. Install the blower motor to the heater/ventilation module. Turn the blower assembly clockwise until the retaining tab locks into place.
  3. Install the blower motor insulating cover.
  4. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor.
  5. Install the blower motor insulating cover screws.
    1. Tighten the screws to 14 inch lbs. (1.6 Nm).
  6. If equipped, install the sound insulator panel
