Question about 2000 Toyota Celica
You need to state which engine you have. Sometime in the 90's a lot of Toyota motors went to a shim system for valve adjustment so the usual simple valve adjustment techniques are not used. Job for a dealer or toyota specialist shop. You need to have a good reason to adjust them anyway. What is the compression in each cylinder./Are the valves burned?
