I have a 2002 ford Taurus SES. I was fixing my water pump and accidentally cracked the gas line that leads to the engine on the left side. How do I go about fixing this, or what pipe is needed to replace that ... its like a small rubber hose

Sounds like when you ran the car out of gas the fuel pump was damaged, these in tank electric fuel pumps are very small and produce allot pressure and volume, the way they do this is to use the gas around them to cool down, when the pump comes out of fuel when the tank is below 1/4 full it starts to get hot very quickly, since your pump was well used (109000 miles) that was the last straw. When you replace the pump also replace the fuel filter.
I would also clean the throttle valve and idle speed control valve, this may be contributing to the low idle complaint, clear the system after the pump and cleaning by disconnecting the battery for a few moments.

SOURCE: PCV valve location

if i know what you are asking, look at where you put your oil in. on the valve cover to the top right should be a plug with a tubeing runs to your air clear tube where the air mass sensor and carb is located. i think that is what you are looking for.

Leak under car on driver side maybe waterpump

If the fluid is a bright green or yellow colour, it is coolant fluid. Check the water pump, there should be a seal leak drain hole under it, look for signs of a leak. If there is a green/yellow track leading from below the water pump. you need to have the water pump replaced. A leak from the engine would be dark brown to black an a transmission leak would be red tp very dark red. Coolant would tend to dry up while oils spills do not. The water pump is located on the side of the engine where the belts are. I do not know if your car is left or right hand drive.

Where is the ac compressor on a 2002 ford taurus ses located?

The easiest way for me to explain this is to have you look at the firewall on the passenger side and locate the 2 metal tubes and follow them to the Compressor on the engine.

Radiator capacity 2002 SES Taurus

poor it in until it is full. Make sure you use a mixture of water and coolant. make sure car is running and turn the heater on, let it run until it is warm and the heater is blowing warm that way you know that the coolant is running through the system. also don't forget to put coolant in the reserve, to the hot line when hot, cool line when cool.
